What I'm confused about is why humans have to assume that animals are any different from us. Why humans have to wait for someone to finally bother carrying out a scientific study before we are convinced otherwise.
I just want to hop into the future and finally say I TOLD YOU SO when people finally 'discover' that bugs have feelings too. Like how they discovered, recently, that crustaceans feel pain. Not so guiltless now after boiling that screaming lobster alive eh?
